Full Time SAP Cutover Manager Jobs, in VISEO ASIA - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Leads and manages all aspects of the project cutovers, from planning and execution to postimplementation support.
• Develops and executes comprehensive cutover plans, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinates across multiple teams (IT, business users, vendors) to ensure a synchronized transition.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, developing contingency plans for potential issues.
• Ensures successful user adoption of new systems through training and post-cutover support.
• Preparing the cutover plan with all IT and business stakeholders
• Executing and coordinating the teams for the ontime execution of the cutover plan
• Acting as a project manager / coordinator to lead the cutover creation, filling, execution, tracking.

• Project Management Skills for the preparation of the cutover plan:
• Meticulous in the preparation, Quality orientated mindset, Attentive to the details
• Precisely planning / assigning tasks to people
• Proven organization skills
• Interpersonal / Communication skills for the preparation and execution of the cutover plan:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders IT or business, fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Ability to partner with IT and business contributors
• Ability to lead the execution of the cutover, chasing tasks pending, tracking progress and delays
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Background required:

• Minimum 8+ years working experience as an IT (ideally SAP) project manager
• Must have large-scale full cycle implementation project experience.
• Rich experience on SAP / ERP
• Proven track record in IT/IS Project Management (PMI, Prince 2 certification appreciated) including coordination of various teams and service providers

Nice to have:

• Business acumen on Finance and Supply Chain.
• IT acumen on most common technologies other ERP, POS applications, CRM, Ecommerce, Integration (MuleSoft, PI/PO…)
