Job Description
Responsibilities
Involve in Audio Visual(Projector , TV, Audio , Control System,Etc),IT system (Network,software/APP source code developing )/ Security system(CCTV, Card Access System, Etc)/Communication System(PA system , Sound System,Etc), Electrical devices and system installation, project management; project implementation and maintenance services ,including system design, programming and coordination works
Assist Project director /Systems manager in overseeing all project-related activities
Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Hands on drawings(Autocad /Revit), amendment and re-submission to clients
Attend site meetings, site survey
Email communication skill
Prepare Project schedules, procurement and implementation of project and budget costing control
Liaise/Hands on with technician team on testing and commissioning and installation work
Handle clients’ complaints and submit customers feedback form to Project Manager
Provide after Project Support
Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Superior
JOB SPECIFICATION
Min 10 years of working experience preferably in construction sector
Familiar with local codes, regulations and procedures
Knowledge of Autocad preferred
Good communication and people relation skills
