Location: Punggol (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Subjected to renewal/conversion)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
• Develop and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang and TypeScript.
• Deploy, manage, and optimise applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Design and optimise database schemas, queries, and performance using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Implement software engineering best practices to ensure application scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust, maintainable technical solutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
• Hands-on backend development experience using Golang and/or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, software engineering best practices, and scalable system architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing and managing observability stacks, such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and deployment automation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
