Location: Boon Lay/ Penjuru

Basic Salary: Up to $2,700/month

 $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

 FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Company Transport Provided from Lakeside/ Jurong East MRT

SALARY & BENEFITS

• 5-Day Work Week (Mon-Fri)/ 4334 (Able to choose day shift/night shift)

• Night Shift Allowance: $10/night

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate air freight and sea freight shipments

• Arrange and monitor shipment schedules

• Liaise with business customers (B2B) on shipment matters

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, including shipment delays

• Communicate with local and overseas clients via email and phone

• Provide timely updates and maintain customer satisfaction
