BIM Manager

Salary: $4,000 - $7,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Jurong East

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM operations for construction and transportation infrastructure projects

• Oversee BIM model development, coordination, and delivery across multiple disciplines

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

• Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings

• Ensure BIM models and submissions comply with Singapore LTA standards

• Manage IFC deliverables and CORENET submission requirements

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Supervise BIM Modelers and Coordinators to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines

• Resolve technical coordination issues and maintain BIM quality standards

Requirements:

• Valid BIM Manager certification is mandatory

• Relevant BIM management experience in construction or civil engineering projects

• Experience managing BIM for transportation infrastructure projects, including MRT, tunnels, or highways

• Strong knowledge of Singapore LTA BIM standards and submission requirements

• Proficient in BIM Execution Plans (BEP), multidisciplinary coordination, and clash detection

• Familiar with IFC workflows and CORENET submissions

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and relevant BIM software

• Strong leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage BIM teams and deliver projects independently

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
