Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service in accordance with Japanese hospitality standards.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
Maintain dining area cleanliness, table settings, and overall service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle guest enquiries professionally and follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
Requirements
1–2 years of F&B experience preferred; fresh candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and as part of a team.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours & Benefits
Salary:
$3,000–$3,500 per month
Work Schedule:
5.5 days per week
