Our client is a global leader within food & beverage consumer goods industry with an office based in Bangsar South.

Summary of the role

You’ll partner with either Commercial and Corporate functions OR Shared Services across Asia to drive commercially aligned people plans and a high-performance culture. You’ll own the Talent Management agenda, running the annual talent cycle, succession planning, leadership development activation, retention risk actions, and people analytics.

What you’ll be doing

• Commercial HRBP partnering & org effectiveness: advise leaders on people strategy, org design, change execution, team effectiveness, and workforce planning tied to budgeted people cost.
• Talent management & succession: lead talent identification, calibration, succession planning for critical roles, pipeline health, and internal mobility actions.
• Performance management & culture activation: strengthen OKR/ performance processes, coach managers, and drive engagement actions from insight to execution.
• People analytics & insight-driven action: build dashboards and translate talent/ performance/ engagement/ people cost data into interventions and leader decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business/ HR or related discipline.
• At least 8 years in Talent Management, OD, performance management and/or change management.
• Experience of managing SSC/commercial/ corporate divisions in manufacturing/ supply chain environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to turn strategy into practical people actions.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management across senior leaders and functions.
