Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will prepare and apply plaster and masonry materials to interior and exterior surfaces, lay bricks or blocks, and maintain clean, safe work areas while reporting structural issues to ensure quality and safety on site.
Responsibilities
Follow materials and workmanship schedules to ensure project standards are met
Lay bricks or blocks accurately according to project specifications
Mix and apply glues, cements, and grouts to prepare surfaces for finishing
Prepare cement floors, sidewalks, stairs, and curbing for construction or repair
Prepare flooring surfaces to receive floor coverings effectively
Prepare and mix various raw materials to produce plaster ready for application
Apply different types of plaster to interior and exterior surfaces with precision
Repair and fix previous plastering work to maintain surface integrity
Identify and report structural issues promptly to the site foreman for resolution
Remove waste and debris daily and after completing work to maintain a clean site
