Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to improve our shipping, transportation, and cargo operations. In this role, you will analyze logistics data to find bottlenecks and lead projects that make our supply chain faster and more cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Data: Review shipping lanes, carrier performance, and freight costs to find savings.
• Define Requirements: Talk with operations teams and write clear technical steps for IT to upgrade our logistics software (TMS/WMS).
• Lead Projects: Manage project timelines, track budgets, and coordinate teams from start to finish.
• Improve Workflows: Map out and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cargo and warehouse handling.
• Manage Change: Oversee system testing (UAT) and train staff on new supply chain tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a PM or BA in logistics, shipping, or transportation
• .
• Skills: Strong data skills (Excel, SQL, or Power BI) and experience with Supply Chain software (ERP/TMS).
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Lean Six Sigma.
