We are supporting a global client who is beginning a new Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation and are seeking an experienced Workday Time and Absence Consultant to join the project on a full‑time remote basis.

This role is ideal for a consultant with strong functional and technical configuration experience across both modules and who has delivered full lifecycle Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Workday Time Tracking and Absence • Lead design, build, configuration and testing activities • Deliver full end‑to‑end implementation through to Go Live • Provide post‑Go Live support and stabilisation • Work closely with project leadership and business stakeholders • Contribute to solution design, documentation and best‑practice delivery

Required Experience

• Strong experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence • Hands‑on technical configuration capability across both modules • Full lifecycle Workday implementation background • Experience on Workday projects in Canada is a strong advantage • Fluent English speaker • Able to work on European time zones • Available for immediate interview and start
