Sales Management

• Support B2B sales operation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Support sales negotiations and client agreements
• Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements

Reporting

• Support the day-to-day operations of the B2B business
• Track sales performance, leads and business opportunities
• Assist in performance reports
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as per assigned
