Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in KYOMO WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

1–2 years of administrative or operations experience.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Able to multitask and work independently

Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage.

Manage petty cash and verify petty cash claims before submission.

Process e-Invoices and maintain accurate records and summaries.

Maintain operational checklists and prepare monthly reports.

Attend restaurant’s meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

Update outlet operational documents and records.

Source suppliers and purchase ingredients, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies.

Prepare purchase orders if needed and coordinate supplier payments.

Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.

Coordinate stock replenishment and deliveries with outlets and suppliers.

Monitor kitchenware and operational equipment inventory.

Follow up on deliveries and supplier issues.

Handle customer receipt and billing-related administrative matters.

Coordinate outlet maintenance and repair works to Operations Manager

Arrange waste cooking oil collection and other operational services.

Assist outlets in resolving operational issues such as utilities, internet, and telephone.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
