Full Time Account Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in DJR Power WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Mandarin speaking is required/preferred for communication with suppliers and business partners.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful when handling financial information.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly accounting closing.

Verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment and accounting matters.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Assist the Account/Finance team with administrative and accounting-related tasks.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
