Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

At least 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Willing to travel or meet clients when required.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation where necessary.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.

Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities in a timely manner.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers when required.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company’s CRM or reporting system.

Attend exhibitions, networking events, roadshows, and other sales-related activities when required.
