Minimum 5 years relevant site / construction experience.

Experience in interior renovation, major renovation or construction.

Able to read and understand ID & architectural drawings.

Strong subcontractor coordination and problem-solving skills.

Practical, hands-on and able to work independently.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Own transport and willing to travel between project sites.

Relevant site experience is more important than professional qualification.

Manage daily site operations for interior design and major renovation projects.

Read and understand ID, architectural and construction drawings.

Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.

Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality and schedule.

Coordinate different trades including wet works, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and M&E.

Identify and resolve site issues and drawing discrepancies.

Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and design intent.

Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects and rectification.

Provide regular progress updates to the design team and management.

Take ownership of the project from site commencement to handover.
