Full Time Sales Representative Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 + commission in Lurima Travel & Tour Selangor - Maukerja

High school diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.

Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients plan their dream vacations.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn about new destinations, travel products, and company offerings to provide expert advice.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience or aptitude for upselling and cross-selling travel packages and add-on services.

Engage with potential customers in person and over the phone to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and travel arrangements, acting as a knowledgeable resource for clients.

Process bookings, payments, and necessary documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction for the customer.

Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, offering effective solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or upgrades, such as travel insurance, room upgrades, or excursions, to enhance the customer's travel experience and meet sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall success of Lurima Travel & Tour.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, new destinations, and company offerings to provide the most relevant advice to clients.
