Full Time ICT Solutions Sales Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Mitsubishi HC Capital Malaysia WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by promoting ICT equipment leasing solutions to both existing and prospective clients while identifying and developing new ICT related opportunities.

• Deliver ongoing customer supports including service coordination and maintenance management for existing clients.

• Conduct site visits and perform Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments for new applications, providing well-founded recommendations with sound credit judgement to the credit evaluation department.

• Managed assigned cases proactively, ensuring timely follow-up and completion within stipulated service level timeline.

• Build, maintain and strengthen strong business relationships with customers and suppliers to support long term partnership.

• Perform regular reviews of existing customers accounts and provide support in collections activities whenever required.

• Plan and execute targeted marketing activities to achieve business objectives including revenue growth and client acquisition targets.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, Banking & Finance, Commerce or any discipline.

• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing of ICT equipment or any other related financial products.

• Knowledge of current ICT equipment and technology financing and leasing market trends will be an added advantage.

• Self-driven, extrovert and result-oriented.

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service mindset, organisational skills and analytical skills.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
