Full Time Senior Planning & Control Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Selangor - Maukerja

1)  5 to 8 years of progressive experience in production planning, control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial setup.

2)   Proven experience in leading end-to-end production planning, including demand forecasting scheduling, material planning, and capacity management.

3)   Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional coordination among departments like procurement, quality, logistics, and operations.

4)   Experience handling high-mix, low-volumeorhigh-volume, low-mix production environments (as applicable to the industry).

5)Track record of mentoring junior team members and improving planning processes and team productivity

6.)Bachelor’s degreeinMechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.

7) Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc).

8)Good understanding of production workflows, inventory control, and supply chain management principles.

Operations planning

·        Lead the development and execution of detailed production plans aligned with business demand and capacity.

 Collaboration

·        Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, production, quality, logistics, and sales teams to synchronize operations.

·        Mentor and guide junior planning executives and team member.

Long-term capacity planning

·        Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

·        Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.

Sales / Operations Execution (S & OE)

·        Contributes actively to short-term planning process. Connects the operations plan with the short-term production schedule.

Inventory

·        Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and stockouts.

 Gap analysis / improvement

·        Oversee production scheduling adjustments in response to changing priorities or unforeseen delays.

·        Prepare and present comprehensive reports and forecasts for senior management. 

Others

·        To monitor and assist effective implementation of QMS and EMS.

·        Perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

 ISO9001 Compliance

·        Convert customer orders into feasible daily/weekly production plans

·        Confirm that equipment needed for planned operations is calibrated as well as available and not under maintenance

ISO14001 Compliance

·        Plan production sequences to reduce frequent equipment changeovers and idle machine time

·        Ensure environmental controls are operational

 Safety and Health Compliance

·        Ensure shift coverage includes trained and qualified personnel for each process

·        Know what operations carry safety risks

 CI & IP Compliance

·        Keep all production plans, inventory data, supplier information, and operational reports confidential

·        Safeguard all planning documents, process designs, production methodologies, and proprietary systems as company assets

·        Ensure compliance with licensing agreements for software and tools used in planning and control
