Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR – TOWER - FIBRE Jobs, in EAST COAST COMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD Terengganu - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for tower and fibre projects.

• Ensure contractors and workers carry out work according to approved drawings, specifications and work procedures.

• Monitor workmanship, materials, equipment and overall site progress.

• Ensure all site activities comply with required safety rules, procedures and standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety, quality or construction issues.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other relevant parties.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed according to the agreed schedule.

• Report site progress, delays, issues and potential risks to the Project Manager.

• Assist in resolving site-related technical and operational issues.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at the worksite.

• Monitor the use of materials and equipment at site.

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, photographs and other required documentation.

• Assist in inspection, testing, commissioning and handover activities where required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in tower, fibre, telecommunications or construction site supervision is preferred.

• Good understanding of site operations, construction activities and safety requirements.

• Strong supervisory and coordination skills.

• Able to identify and resolve site-related issues effectively.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Willing to travel and work at different project sites.

• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
