Be Part of Our Next Chapter of Growth

We are entering an exciting period of change and transformation, and we are looking for a driven finance professional to join us in strengthening our Group reporting capabilities.

This role offers an opportunity to go beyond traditional financial reporting. You will gain exposure to Group-level financial performance, work closely with finance teams across subsidiaries, and contribute ideas to enhance reporting processes, improve efficiency and support better business decisions.

We welcome candidates who are technically strong, commercially curious and eager to take ownership of their work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Consolidation & Reporting: Perform monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual Group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, consolidation journals and reporting adjustments.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare Group financial statements, annual report disclosures and SGX financial announcements in accordance with applicable SFRS(I)/IFRS requirements.
  • Business & Management Support: Prepare financial analysis, management reports and presentation materials to support senior management and Board discussions.
  • Planning & Performance Monitoring: Support Group budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis using relevant reporting systems.
  • Audit & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with subsidiary finance teams, external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen reporting controls and leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in finance transformation initiatives and other projects as the Group continues to evolve.
What We Are Looking For

Technical Expertise

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent are preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in Group consolidation, financial reporting or a listed-company environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SFRS(I)/IFRS, statutory reporting and consolidation principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle HFM and Smart View will be advantageous.
Mindset & Approach

  • Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
  • Approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and sound judgement.
  • Looks beyond the numbers to understand business performance and underlying drivers.
  • Is proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Works effectively under pressure and manages competing priorities without compromising quality.
Personal Attributes

  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
  • Is collaborative, adaptable and receptive to feedback.
  • Has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and the confidence to contribute ideas.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
Why Join Us?

  • Broader Group Exposure: Gain insights into Group financial performance, consolidation and management reporting.
  • Meaningful Ownership: Take responsibility for key reporting deliverables and contribute to improvements in how finance operates.
  • Opportunity to Make an Impact: Help identify better ways of working through process improvement, technology and automation.
  • A Dynamic Environment: Build adaptability and problem-solving skills while working through business changes and new challenges.
  • Professional Development: Broaden your technical expertise, business understanding and stakeholder management capabilities.
If you are someone who enjoys solving problems, improving the way things are done and taking ownership beyond your immediate responsibilities, we would like to hear from you.
