WE ARE HIRING: HR Manager (Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Environment)

Are you a hands-on HR professional who excels at building HR foundations, standardizing policies, and setting up scalable HR systems from scratch?

On behalf of our fast-growing clients in the engineering & industrial sectors. We are seeking a versatile HR Manager to lead HR setup, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Location: Selangor / Klang Valley, Malaysia

Position: HR Manager (Full-Time)

️ Industry Preference: Engineering, Aluminium Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Industrial/Construction background.

Key Responsibilities & Setup Priorities:

• HR Infrastructure Setup: Establish, digitize, and rollout end-to-end HR systems, processes, and leave management tools.

• Policy & Handbook Development: Draft, update, and implement the company handbook, SOPs, and employee guidelines in compliance with Malaysian Labor Law.

• HRDC & Talent Development: Plan the annual training budget, manage the HRDC (HRD Corp) claim and grant application processes, and oversee employee skill development.

• Full-Spectrum HR Operations: Manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll support/supervision, onboarding, performance reviews, and retention strategies.

• Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business growth goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• Proven track record (5+ years) in HR Generalist/Managerial roles.

• Experience in HR setup, system implementation, and writing company policies/handbooks is required.

• Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, and HRDC claim processes.

• Prior experience working within an Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Technical environment is a strong plus!

• Self-starter, proactive, and capable of working independently to structure HR operations.
