Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and highly professional Chauffeur to provide dedicated transportation services for our General Manager and family, ensuring safe, punctual, and smooth travel experiences at all times
Responsibilities:
Provide daily chauffeuring services to the General Manager and family.
Provide ad-hoc chauffeuring services for office visitors, business partners, associates, etc.
Distribute, deliver, and collect gifts and documents for the office and guests.
Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
Handle refueling, cash card top-ups, and sending the vehicle for service and maintenance.
Attend to documentation and procedures related to vehicle registration, road tax renewal, insurance, traffic offences, accidents, etc.
Run errands and attend to any ad-hoc assignments given by Management and Office (e.g., collecting or sending documents or parcels such as cheques, letters).
Requirements:
Secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience.
Valid Class 3 & 2B driving licence with 5 years of excellent traffic record.
Proficient in using GPS/navigation applications.
Possess own transport (i.e., motorbike or car).
High integrity, discretion, patience, politeness, reliability, punctuality, and good working ethics.
Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills.
