Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled and highly driven Engineer to join our project execution team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical coordination, engineering analysis, and day-to-day on-site implementation of our building or civil engineering projects. You will act as the technical anchor on site, resolving complex design variations, managing engineering documentation, and ensuring that all works are executed in strict compliance with approved blueprints, Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) codes, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or accredited under the Washington Accord.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of active engineering experience on building, structural, or civil infrastructure project sites in Singapore.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with engineering calculation software or BIM / Revit workflows is highly advantageous. Deep understanding of local structural codes, Eurocodes, and construction methodologies (such as reinforced concrete, structural steel, or deep excavation).
• Core Competencies: Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and command of English to write technical reports, liaise with consultants, and manage diverse subcontractor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering & Site Coordination: Supervise site engineering works to ensure structural and architectural details are executed accurately according to the approved construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and handle engineering submissions including Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and shop drawing amendments.
• Discrepancy & Clash Resolution: Review structural, architectural, and M&E drawings systematically to detect clashes, and issue detailed Requests for Information (RFIs) to architects or consultants to prevent delays.
• Inspections & Regulatory Quality: Coordinate and lead formal site inspections with the Resident Engineer (RE) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO). Ensure construction quality targets conform to CONQUAS standards.
• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily construction progress, compile precise technical logs, and submit routine engineering reports to the Project Manager.
• Workplace Safety & Health: Enforce strict MOM Workplace Safety and Health regulations on-site, rectifying hazards immediately to maintain an incident-free work environment.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
