Responsibilities
Parts Inspector (CNC Machining)
Location: Joo Koon
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000
Employment Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of CNC-machined components.
Conduct first article, in-process and final inspections.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges and bore gauges.
Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts.
Maintain inspection records and work closely with production and quality teams.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma.
Relevant inspection experience in CNC machining or precision engineering.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
CMM and GD&T knowledge will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented and willing to work overtime when required.
