Join various F&B establishments across Singapore! We are looking for friendly and experienced Restaurant Captains to support daily restaurant operations and deliver excellent customer service.
JOB DETAILS
Location: Islandwide, we have many location and restaurants available!
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 10am - 10pm with break in between
Salary: up to $2800 basic (Depending on experience)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
Greet customers, take orders and attend to enquiries.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
Assist with cashiering, table arrangements and general restaurant duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prior F&B service experience
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
