Full Time Insurance Executive Jobs, in Sarawak Oil Palms Berhad Sarawak - Maukerja

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.

Proven experience in insurance claims handling, risk management, policy renewal, and negotiation with insurers and adjusters.

Strong knowledge of property insurance, coverage evaluation, and sum insured calculations.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to work under normal operating hours in Miri, Sarawak on a Contract / Permanent basis.

Oversee all aspects of Group insurance operations, including policy renewals, new risk assessments, claims processing, and overall risk management.

Manage insurance claims effectively while utilizing strong negotiation skills to settle claim quantums with insurance adjusters and insurers.

Ensure the adequacy of the Sum Insured and coverage for all company properties while negotiating the best premium rates with insurance providers.

Provide continuous support, guidance, and training on insurance-related matters to team members and operational units.
