Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an

Account & Admin Executive

to support our day-to-day accounting operations.

The role covers accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, payments, month-end closing and the yearly audit.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily accounting tasks, including preparing invoices and issuing purchase orders (POs)

Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions

Reconcile accounts and prepare the supporting schedules

Handle petty cash and support month-end closing

Prepare payments and manage bank transactions

Help prepare monthly financial reports

Support the yearly audit

Take on ad-hoc duties assigned by your direct supervisor or the Finance Director

Requirements

Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or a related field

3–5 years of accounting experience. Experience in the construction industry is an advantage

Proficient in MYOB Accounting

Good written and spoken English

Able to multitask and work independently, and a good team player

Candidates who can start immediately or at short notice are preferred
