What You’ll Do

• Handle new customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, phone and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about our classes, schedules, pricing and trial sessions.
• Arrange trial classes and manage booking confirmations and reminders.
• Record customer enquiries and ensure smooth handovers to our sales consultants.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and organized enquiry records.

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsive, organised and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and basic computer applications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest in fitness or martial arts is an advantage.
