Teaching & Learning

• Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Plan and prepare year plans, unit plans, and lesson plans
• Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and technology to enhance learning
• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and performance
• Provide constructive feedback and support student development
• Maintain accurate academic records and meet reporting deadlines

Student Development & Classroom Management

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being
• Support students’ academic and personal growth

Mentorship & Communication

• Act as a mentor to assigned students
• Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and school management
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events

School Involvement

• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and committees
• Contribute to school programmes, camps, and excursions
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive working environment
• Represent and promote the school when required

Requirements

• Secondary School: Bachelor of Education (BEd) or equivalent in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international school environment
