NTUC Freelancer advocates for the Wages, Welfare, and Work Prospects of freelancers in Singapore. Through our partnerships with key industry associations - the National Instructors and Coaches Association (NICA) and the Visual, Audio, and Creative Content Professionals Association (VICPA) - we advocate fair pay, provide financial support, and create career opportunities for freelancers in Singapore. We collaborate with government agencies, industry partners, and corporate clients to improve income security, enhance skills development, promote workplace safety, and champion the collective interests of freelancers.

Key responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across social media and online campaigns, including reviewing and assessing existing strategies for improvement.

Advocacy & Digital Engagement

• Support NTUC Freelancers and Associations in amplifying their advocacy efforts through engaging social media posts and online engagement.

Campaign & Media Support

• Help showcase the positive impact of NTUC Freelancers and Associations through media buys and campaign support. Monitor campaign performance, gather insights and prepare simple reports to track outcomes and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proficient in design tools such as Canva or similar applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and freelancers.
• Proactive, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
