We are hiring a temporary analyst to support a time and motion study within a Private Banking environment.

6 week contract
Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Observe and document daily activities of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs)
  

• Record and categorize activities using provided templates
  

• Consolidate data and maintain accurate records
  

• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule observations
  

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of collected information
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
  

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  

• Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services experience preferred
