Full Time Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager (F-B-FMCG) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 10,000 in SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated demand, supply and inventory planning activities to ensure product availability, optimise stock levels and support business growth across markets.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales, market trends, promotional activities and business expansion plans, working closely with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements, coordinate purchasing and replenishment activities, and work with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
• Establish inventory strategies, monitor stock levels and improve inventory turnover while minimising stockouts, excess inventory, wastage and obsolescence, particularly for products with limited shelf life
• Oversee international shipping, import/export coordination, freight arrangements and distribution planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products across markets.
• Drive cross-functional planning processes, establish supply chain KPIs and analyse forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels and logistics costs to improve operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with regional markets, suppliers, franchise partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen supply chain processes, improve planning systems and support business expansion initiative.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Supply Chain
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
• F&B/QSR/FMCG Industry will be a plus
