Our client is an established food manufacturing company in Singapore, focused on delivering quality and consistent food products. They are currently seeking a Western Cook to join their central kitchen team.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Western dishes according to standard recipes
Support daily food production, ensuring consistent quality, portion and presentation
Manage ingredient usage and stock rotation to minimize food wastage
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety standards
Guide junior kitchen or production staff when required
Job Requirements
2–5 years of relevant Western cooking experience
Familiar with Western cooking techniques and food preparation
Experience in central kitchen, food production or batch cooking is an advantage
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety requirements
Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment
