Full Time Accounts Payable Executive Jobs, in Mnosys Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice & Payments: Handle 3-way matching, tax verification (GST/WHT), system coding (SMART OFFICE / SUN SAAS), & weekly payment runs.
• Vendor Management: Reconcile vendor statements & resolve invoice/PO discrepancies with internal teams.
• Closing & Audit: Execute monthly AP reconciliations, aging reports, & ensure compliance with SG/MY tax rules.
• Continuous Improvement: Support finance digitalization & workflow optimization.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/CPA/LCCI is a plus).
• 2–5 years of AP experience in Shared Services, Logistics, or MNC environments.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) & ERP/P2P systems. Knowledge of SG/MY GST rules required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, & proactive problem-solver.
