We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You'll work closely with clients and candidates, managing recruitment processes from job qualification through to successful placement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business objectives.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through a variety of channels.
• Provide consultative advice and market insights to both clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within your assigned market or specialisation.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Deliver a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Consistently achieve recruitment, delivery, and business performance objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience within a recruitment agency environment in Singapore.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Results-oriented, resilient, and motivated by achieving goals.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
