Full Time Sales Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in FUNCO PRIVATE LIMITED North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to keep our enquiries moving and our clients well looked after. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, turn them into clear quotations, and make sure every confirmed booking is handed over cleanly to our events and operations teams.

Job scope

• Respond to enquiries from WhatsApp, email, website forms and social media within one working day

• Prepare quotations and proposals using our package and rental price lists

• Manage TikTok Shop voucher redemptions and confirm booking slots with customers

• Follow up on open quotations and keep the sales pipeline up to date

• Coordinate delivery slots, venue details and special requests with the operations team

• Prepare booking confirmations and hand over each job to the events or ops team with full details

• Follow up after events to gather feedback, reviews and repeat bookings

• Support the account managers with client meetings, site visits and sales materials

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with work-from-home days and in-office days for team coordination and client meetings.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year in sales support, customer service or coordination; events experience is a plus

• Fast, friendly and clear on WhatsApp and email

• Organised, able to juggle many enquiries at once without dropping any

• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and quickly learning a CRM

• Occasional weekend availability during peak periods (June, December, festive seasons)
