Responsibilities
Events Supervisor (F&B / Events Operations)
We are looking for a hands-on and organised Events Supervisor to oversee Birds of Paradise’s off-site events and support boutique operations on non-event days.
Key Responsibilities
Events Operations (60%–70%)
Supervise off-site events from delivery, set-up and service to tear-down
Ensure smooth event execution according to company SOPs and service standards
Coordinate manpower rosters and manage last-minute staffing changes
Ensure event set-up, staff grooming and presentation meet brand standards
Handle customer feedback and troubleshoot on-site operational issues
Oversee event equipment, stock and assets, including proper storage and maintenance
Support gelato preparation, cashiering and stock replenishment when required
Boutique Operations (30%–40%)
Support boutique operations alongside the Boutique Manager on non-event days
Assist with opening/closing, customer service, cashiering and stock handling
Prepare and serve gelato and related products
Guide Service Crew and maintain service, cleanliness and operational standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in events operations, F&B, hospitality or hotel operations
Experience supervising or coordinating on-ground staff
Experience in manpower rostering or shift/event scheduling
Organised, hands-on and able to work well under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Retail/F&B experience will be an advantage
Able to work a 5-day shift schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays
Able to travel to off-site event locations as required
Work Location: Central / East / West Singapore
