Work Arrangement: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Location: Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate, process, and approve dealer warranty claims and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports in alignment with corporate guidelines.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, offering technical and procedural support on warranty operations.
3. Perform regular warranty audits to track dealer compliance, identify operational gaps, and oversee corrective action implementation.
4. Verify PDI submission accuracy and completeness to ensure quality standards are met prior to vehicle delivery.
5. Generate and analyze weekly and monthly warranty tracking reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive aftersales or warranty operations, preferably handling high-volume warranty claims.
• Good knowledge of automotive warranty procedures and dealer operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare and analyse reports.
• Willing to accept a 1-year renewable contract arrangement.
