Full Time Assistant Store Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + additional compensation in Pomelo Hotel Sdn. Bhd. Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, retail or store operations.

• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of financial reporting, cash handling and inventory management.

• Good organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage staff scheduling and recruitment.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and trustworthy.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using computers and basic Microsoft Excel.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Able to work independently and manage daily store operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

   • Handle daily cash collection and ensure accurate cash records.

   • Perform regular cash deposits into the company's bank account.

   • Prepare monthly financial reports, including sales, expenses and cash records.

2. Inventory & Stock Management

   • Manage stock ordering and ensure sufficient inventory.

   • Monitor stock levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.

   • Track monthly raw material consumption and prepare inventory reports.

   • Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage.

3. Staff Management

   • Prepare and manage staff schedules and shift arrangements.

   • Assist in recruiting new employees.

   • Train, supervise and evaluate store crew members.

   • Monitor staff attendance and work performance.

4. Event & Mall Coordination

   • Assist in coordinating promotional activities and events organized by the mall management.

   • Work closely with mall management to support marketing campaigns and special events.

   • Ensure the store participates in relevant promotional activities.
