Role Description

The Regional HR Advisor / Regional HR Specialist / Regional HR Director supports consistent people practices across assigned countries while addressing local workforce needs. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders, coordinating HR programmes, resolving employee matters, and analysing workforce information.

The Advisor guides managers on policies and employee cases. The Specialist delivers expertise in an assigned HR discipline, while the Director sets regional people strategy, leads HR teams, and aligns workforce plans, talent priorities, and organisational change with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in HR advisory, specialist HR services, or regional people leadership.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and employment practices across relevant markets.
• Ability to balance organisational standards with local requirements and seek specialist advice when needed.
• Strong communication, cultural awareness, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in HR systems, workforce reporting, and coordination across countries and time zones.
• For advisor positions, experience supporting managers with employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
• For specialist positions, demonstrated expertise in areas such as rewards, talent, learning, mobility, or HR systems.
• For director positions, proven experience leading regional teams, shaping people strategy, and advising executives on workforce and organisational priorities.
