Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

At least 2 years of full-time training experience in the Beauty industry

Good knowledge in Theoretical of Body and Face, Aesthetic.

Intermediate PC skills in Microsoft Office

Confident, assertive, flexible

Effective listener

Proficiency in English & Mandarin (speaking & writing)

Strong interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys interacting with people

An individual who is eager to learn and willing to go the extra miles

Experience in hosting FB/YouTube Livestream would be an added advantage

Good presentation skills

Possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently, when necessary

Able to work outstation on certain days.

Initiative, creative and team player.

To work closely with the Manager and internal departments to support the education department objectives.

To conduct training and seminar on the products & treatments to support the dealers or customers patronize our products & treatments.

Propose and implement a feasible marketing plan on the products to help to lift sales.

Conduct panel test on new products, market research, competitors’ analysis and solicit relevant information to prepare a solid Product presentation for both new and existing products, and to update it from time to time to ensure relevance and as deemed required.

To maintain positive working relationships with company customers

To uphold company & brand image of professionalism

Design and implementation of in-house training and coaching sessions

Manage the end-to-end training including training schedule, training room set up, material preparation and conduct training.

Keep up to date with developments in training & research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
