Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the lift industry or engineering-related field.

Strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Develop new business opportunities and expand the modernization (MOD) sales portfolio.

Prepare tender submissions, participate in negotiations and secure sales orders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants and other stakeholders.

Analyse building information and prepare traffic analysis reports to propose suitable modernization solutions.

Identify new sales opportunities and actively follow up on tenders and negotiations.

Present and promote modernization solutions to building owners, consultants and architects.

Manage customer expectations and ensure smooth sales documentation and processes.
