We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate daily transportation activities. The role involves managing transport orders, handling customer relationships, arranging deliveries, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Handle customer inquiries, coordinate transport orders, and provide delivery updates.
• Liaise with existing and potential clients to secure orders and maintain good business relationships.
• Coordinate daily operations, including driver assignments, delivery schedules, and load arrangements.
• Prepare and manage operational documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Delivery Notes (DN), and invoices.
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve operational issues to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.
• Monitor operational performance, including delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
