Bertam Resort is seeking an experienced Rooms Division leader to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations as we prepare for Marriott integration. The successful candidate will strengthen guest service, develop department leaders and ensure smooth daily operations across the Rooms Division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations to deliver consistent service and efficient operations.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve complex service issues promptly.
• Maintain room readiness, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support occupancy, room revenue, labour planning and departmental cost control.
• Coach managers and associates, and build accountability across the division.
• Prepare teams, procedures and service standards for Marriott integration.
• Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Engineering and other departments to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hotel experience, including Rooms Division leadership.
• Experience working with a Marriott hotel brand is required.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations, guest service and hotel systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance and handle guest concerns.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
