Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers’ inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Prepare and process Air Export booking requests accurately.

• Arrange and coordinate the collection of cargo at customers’ premises.

• Provide booking confirmations and accurate flight details to customers.

• Manage customers’ expectations effectively and resolve any operational complaints.

• Correspond with overseas offices regarding shipment statuses and related inquiries.

• Verify vendor invoices for accuracy prior to processing.

• Prepare and generate periodic customer reports as required.

Job Requirements:

Fresh Graduate / Non experienced are welcome. (Training Provided)

Customer Service experience is a plus.
