Job Description

• Manage the full employee cycle: onboarding, work pass applications and renewals, resignations
• Handle payroll input, CPF, leave and attendance records
• Liaise with MOM on foreign worker matters and quota
• Support office administration and document filing

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in HR or Business
• At least 1 year of HR or admin experience
• Familiar with MOM work pass procedures and CPF
• Good communication skills and able to keep matters confidential
