Job Description
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s HR and recruitment services.
Manage social media platforms, job portals and online marketing channels.
Create marketing content, including job advertisements, social media posts and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, candidates and new business opportunities.
Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to support hiring and client acquisition activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
Maintain the company’s online presence and ensure marketing materials are updated regularly.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to create engaging content for social media and online platforms.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
Working Arrangement
5 working days per week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
