Finance Executive, 6 Months Contract - Convertible to Perm

A Real Estate Investment Firm in the Retail and Commercial property sector with over S$1 Billion AUM currently seeks a Finance Executive to join their team.

As part of an 8-man finance team, the Finance Executive will support the team across various accounting and finance activities. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will involve assisting with month-end closing, reconciliations, preparation of accounting schedules and general accounting matters.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting and equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) functions
• Candidates with working experience within Property/ REIT/ Real Estate will be advantageous
• Knowledge in IFRS or SFRS
• Strong communicator
