Key Responsibilities:

• Grow insurance business through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Analyse market trends and develop sales tools, product comparisons, and marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with insurance partners on products, campaigns, training, and operational matters.
• Support advisers on product recommendations, quotations, and complex insurance cases.
• Coordinate underwriting, policy servicing, and claims matters with insurers.
• Lead process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Ensure smooth and compliant insurance operations with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, financial advisory, or financial services.
• Good understanding of insurance products and insurance operations.
• CFP, RFP, or relevant insurance certifications will be an added advantage.
