TGS International Group is supporting a leading global technology and infrastructure services organisation in the appointment of a Cabling Subcontractor Resource Manager to support its continued growth across the APAC region.

The business delivers end-to-end connectivity and infrastructure solutions across data centres, enterprise environments and mission-critical facilities, with a strong focus on structured cabling, technical deployment and managed services.

This role will take ownership of the organisation’s structured cabling subcontractor network across APAC, ensuring the business has the right capability, capacity and geographical coverage to support existing customer commitments and future project growth.

The Role

As Cabling Subcontractor Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining a strong network of approved structured cabling subcontractors across APAC.
• Maintaining visibility of subcontractor capacity, availability, capability and geographical coverage.
• Identifying regional coverage or resource gaps and implementing plans to strengthen the subcontractor network.
• Working closely with Operations and Delivery teams to forecast future subcontractor demand.
• Ensuring qualified subcontractor teams can be mobilised quickly to support new projects and customer requirements.
• Identifying, assessing and onboarding new subcontractors and delivery partners.
• Building long-term relationships with strategic subcontractors across the region.
• Conducting regular subcontractor meetings, performance reviews and capability assessments.
• Supporting commercial discussions around rates, capacity commitments and service expectations.
• Managing subcontractor onboarding, compliance documentation and ongoing performance.
• Ensuring subcontractors meet required quality, compliance and governance standards.
• Working closely with Operations, Delivery, Procurement, Commercial and Sales teams to manage subcontractor-related delivery risks.
• Prioritising subcontractor capacity across strategic customers, programmes and locations.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will ideally have experience managing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers or delivery partner networks within a technical or engineering environment.

Key experience includes:

• Experience within structured cabling, data centres, ICT infrastructure, engineering or a related technical sector.
• Strong experience managing subcontractor or supplier networks across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding, compliance and performance management.
• Commercial experience including procurement, contract negotiation, rate management or supplier agreements.
• Experience working closely with technical engineering and project delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand subcontractor capability, resource availability and regional coverage.
• Strong organisational and process-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider regional and global teams.
• Willingness to engage directly with subcontractors and delivery partners across the APAC region.

Relevant technical qualifications such as BICSI, CNet, EPI or similar would be advantageous but are not essential.
